【摘要】 在我国大力推进分级诊疗制度的进程中,医疗联合体建设具有重要作用。我们对该医疗联合体在分级诊疗中的作用、意义和不足做一个初步的总结。基层医院人才匮乏、医疗水平较低是分级诊疗的难点。山西省人民医院与71家县级医院建立了医疗联合体,其在解决医疗卫生服务均等化、强基层等方面发挥了一定作用,但在分级诊疗服务体系建设中还需要大力发展高新技术,增强医院的核心竞争力,切实开展远程医疗服务,保证双向转诊的顺利进行,从而在分级诊疗下发挥更大的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process when China is vigorously pushing ahead with the hierarchical medical system, the establishment of healthcare alliance plays a significant role. We preliminarily summarize the effects, significance, and deficiencies of the current healthcare alliance in hierarchical medical system. The difficulties in hierarchical medical include scarcity of talents and low medical level in grass-roots hospitals. Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital has established a healthcare alliance with 71 county-level hospitals, which has played a certain role in coping with the equalization of medical and health services and strengthen the basic level; however during the establishment of hierarchical medical system, it still needs to develop hi-tech technologies with great force, heighten the core competitiveness of hospitals, practically implement remote medical service, and ensure dual referral can be smoothly carried out, thus making healthcare alliance exerting a greater effect in hierarchical medical.更多还原
