【摘要】 目的通过对福建省首次实施的康复治疗师培训项目效果进行分析,提出改进方法,以期通过培训推动福建省康复医学发展。方法对全省40名从事康复治疗的专业人员进行理论知识集中培训和康复技能临床操作实践,培训结束后,对所有学员进行理论考试和实践技能考核。结果 40名学员理论考核一次考核通过38名,2名补考后考核合格,两次考核通过率达100%,实践技能考核均一次通过。结论此次康复治疗师培训项目基本达到举办的初衷,但全省康复治疗师培训需求庞大,应以更加积极的态度推进康复治疗师培训工作,以促进福建省康复医学的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The paper aims to analyze the effect of rehabilitation therapist training program firstly implemented in Fujian Province and put forward improvement methods in order to promote the development of rehabilitation medicine in Fujian Province by means of training. Method Concentrated training of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice of rehabilitation skills were carried out for 40 professionals engaged in rehabilitation therapy from various areas of Fujian Province, and all students had gone through theoretical examination and practical skill examination after the training. Result Among 40 students, 38 passed the first theoretical examination, and 2 were qualified in the make-up examination; the passing rate of two examinations reached 100%. All the students passed the practical skill examination at a time. Conclusion The original intention of this rehabilitation therapist training program is basically achieved, but the demand for rehabilitation therapist training is tremendous throughout the province; therefore it is required to push ahead with rehabilitation therapist training in a more active manner so as to promote the development of rehabilitation medicine in Fujian Province.更多还原
