【摘要】 目的:观察热敏灸配合莱菔子烫熨法促进肛肠外科手术后患者排尿的临床效果。方法:将100例肛肠疾病手术患者按照住院的日期顺序随机分为治疗组及对照组,各50例。两组患者均为手术完返回病房后自觉排尿困难尚未自行排尿者。对照组采用肛肠外科手术后常规护理,治疗组在对照组基础上采用热敏灸法配合莱菔子烫熨法,观察两组患者排尿情况。结果:治疗组总有效率98%,对照组总有效率80%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组尿潴留发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用热敏灸配合莱菔子烫熨法能有效治疗肛肠科术后患者排尿困难,预防尿潴留的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of heat sensitive moxibustion with Semen Raphani ironing method in promoting urination of patients after anorectal surgery.Method:100 patients in accordance with the date of order in hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care after anorectal surgery,the treatment group used thermal moxibustion combined with Semen Raphani ironing method on the basis of the control group.The urination of the two groups were observed.Result:The effective rate of the treatment group was 98%,the control group was 80%,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of urinary retention of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thermal moxibustion with Semen Raphani ironing method is effective in the treatment of patients with dysuria after anorectal operation,it can effectively relieve the occurrence of urinary retention.更多还原
