【摘要】 目的:探讨微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术(MPCNL)治疗上尿路结石的效果。方法:回顾性分析2008年1月-2013年5月应用MPCNL治疗的126例上尿路结石患者的临床资料。结果:124例患者一期或二期手术成功,术后3~5 d拔出肾盂造瘘管,1周左右出院,3例术后出现发热,经抗感染治疗后恢复,无其他严重并发症发生。术后3个月结石清除率为89.5%。1例术中肾严重出血,另1例穿刺失败,改开放手术取石,术后恢复好。结论:微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石疗效确切,具有痛苦小、恢复快,并发症少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of upper ureteral stones by means of minimally-invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy(MPCNL) by holium laser.Method:From January 2008 to May 2013,the clinical data were retrospec-tively analysed in 126 cases of upper ureteral stones.Result:In the 124 cases,the stones were cleared off at the first or second stage,after 3-5 days out of the renal pelvis fistula,1 week of discharge,in addition to fever appeared in 3 cases,after the anti infection treatment recovery,no other serious complications,and the stone clear rate was 89.5% three months postoperatively.1 case of renal severe hemorrhage,another 1 case of puncture failure,open surgery to remove stones,good postoperative recovery.Conclusion:MPCNL by holium laser hasdefinite efficacy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculus with less suffering,shorter recovery time and complication.更多还原
