【摘要】 目的:通过对生产疫苗所用的细胞系进行的致肿瘤原性实验,确定160代以内的Vero细胞可安全用于生产。方法:用Vero细胞和Hela细胞接种裸鼠,观察肿瘤的发生情况。结果:Vero细胞实验组裸鼠注射部位、肺部组织、肝脏组织均未见肿瘤组织发生;Hela细胞对照组的10只裸鼠全部有肿块形成,致癌致瘤率为10/10(100%)。结论:Vero细胞系非致瘤性细胞系,符合我国对疫苗生产所用细胞的要求,其在160代以内可安全用于疫苗生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the safe use of Vero cells within 160 generations of the cell lines used in the production of vaccines for tumor cell lines.Method:Vero cells and Hela cells were inoculated into nude mice,the occurrence of tumor was observed.Result:No tumor tissue arose at the injection site,the lung tissue and liver tissue in experimental group Vero cells on nude mice.Ten nude mice all had bumps in control group Hela cells.The rate of carcinogenic and tumorigenic was 10/10(100%).Conclusion:Vero cell lines are non-tumorigenic cell lines,which meet the requirements on the cells used for vaccine production requirements in our country.It can be safely used for vaccine production within 160 substituting.更多还原
