【摘要】 目的:观察围手术期护理措施用于颅内破裂动脉瘤患者介入栓塞治疗的效果。方法:抽取2013年12月-2014年12月笔者所在医院收治的100例颅内动脉瘤患者,均采用介入栓塞治疗,分成观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组实施围手术期护理干预,对比两组患者并发症发生率。结果:观察组与对照组并发症分别为8.00%、22.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对颅内破裂动脉瘤经介入栓塞手术患者实施围手术期护理干预,可降低患者并发症发生率,对改善患者预后具有非常重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of the perioperative nursing measures for patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms by interventional embolization.Method:From December 2013 to December 2014,100 cases with intracranial aneurysms were selected,they adopted interventional embolization and divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was used conventional nursing intervention,the observation group was used perioperative nursing intervention.The incidence of complications in two groups were compared.Result:Complications in the observation group and the control group were 8.00%,22.00%,compared with the control group,the observation group was lower incidence of complications,there was significant differences in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The perioperative nursing intervention for patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms by interventional embolization surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,has very important significance for improving the prognosis of patients.更多还原
