【摘要】 目的:探讨飞秒激光制瓣前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术(FS-SBK)术中用不同冲洗方法对角膜瓣下异物发生率的影响。方法:采用随机双盲方法进行自身对照研究,选取80例(160眼)接受FS-SBK手术的近视患者,术中一眼用开放式冲洗联合闭合式冲洗为试验组(联合冲洗组),另一眼用闭合式冲洗为对照组(闭合式冲洗组),术后观察角膜瓣下异物。结果:试验组4眼(5.00%)发生角膜瓣下异物;对照组11眼(13.75%)发生角膜瓣下异物,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开放式冲洗联合闭合式冲洗能降低飞秒激光制瓣前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术术后角膜瓣下异物的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the influence of incidence of foreign body under flap by different rinsing methods during sub-bowman-keratomileusis with femtosecond laser(FS-SBK) for myopia.Method:In this double-blind randomized self-contro1 led study,160 eyes(80 patients) with myopia underwent FSSBK treatment were divided into open and close rinsing combined group(the experiment group) and close rinsing group(the control group).The foreign body under flap of eyes after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:4 eyes(5.00%) occurred foreign body under flap in the experiment group and 11 eyes(13.75%) occurred foreign body under flap in the control group after surgery,there was significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Open and close rinsing combined can reduce foreign body under flap during Sub-Bowman-Keratomileusis with femtosecond laser for myopia.更多还原
