【摘要】 目的:探讨分析心内科介入治疗术围手术期的循证护理应用效果。方法:选取2013年2月-2015年2月笔者所在医院心内科收治的128例行介入治疗术患者为研究对象,随机分成分为观察组与对照组各64例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者实施循证护理。结果:观察组患者健康知识测试与SAS、SDS自评结果均明显优于对照组,并发症与不良反应总发生率(7.81%)明显低于对照组(26.56%),对护理方法的满意率(96.88%)明显高于对照组(79.69%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在心内科介入治疗术患者中应用围手术期的循证护理干预,可以有效提高患者健康知识水平,改善焦虑、抑郁等不良心理情绪,降低并发症与不良反应的发生风险,提高患者满意度,具有更高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the perioperative period of interventional treatment in department of cardiology.Method:128 patients with interventional therapy were selected from February 2013 to February 2015 in our department of cardiology.The patients were randomly divided to two groups,64 cases in the control group with routine nursing,and 64 cases in the observation group with evidence-based nursing.Result:In the observation group,the health knowledge test and SAS,SDS self rating results were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.81%,was obviously lower than 26.56% in the control group(P<0.05).And the satisfaction rate of nursing method in the observation group was 96.88%,was significantly higher than 79.69% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing intervention to patients with interventional therapy in the department of cardiology can effectively improve the health knowledge level,improve anxiety,depression and other adverse psychological mood.It also can reduce the risk of complications and adverse reactions,improve patients satisfaction,has higher clinical value.更多还原
