【摘要】 目的探讨桂西地区壮族人群2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并脑梗死(CI)与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及胱抑素C(CysC)、内脏脂肪面积的关系及三者之间的相关性。方法选择确诊T2DM的患者180例[分为T2DM组60例和T2DM合并CI组(T2DM+CI组)120例]及健康体检者60例(健康对照组),均为壮族,检测三组患者血清Hcy、CysC水平、内脏脂肪面积,进行组间比较分析。结果健康对照组、T2DM组、T2DM+CI组之间的Hcy、CysC比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),进一步两两比较,两个指标值均逐渐升高(P<0.01),T2DM+CI组Hcy、CysC最高。T2DM+CI组血清Hcy与CysC呈显著正相关(P<0.05),血清Hcy、CysC与内脏脂肪面积呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 T2DM合并CI患者Hcy、CysC水平升高,它们与内脏脂肪面积具有相关性,三者联合检测有助于了解病情、指导治疗及判断预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between homocysteine(Hcy),cysteine C(Cys C),visceral fat area and type2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) combined with cerebral infarction(CI) as well as correlation between Hcy,Cys C and visceral fat area.Methods 180 patients diagnosed with T2 DM were selected,all of them were divided into T2 DM group(60 cases)and T2DM+CI group(120 cases).Meanwhile,60 cases of healthy subjects were selected as health control group. All of them were Zhuang nationality.And then,Hcy,Cys C and visceral fat area of all groups were detected and compared.Results Difference of serum levels of Hcy and Cys C among the health control group,the T2 DM group and the T2DM+CI group was statistically significant(P<0.01),further pairwise comparison showed that the two above-mentioned index values gradually increased(P<0.01),and those of the T2DM+CI group were highest.Serum levels of Hcy were positively correlated with Cys C in the T2DM+CI group(P< 0. 05),and serum levels of Hcy and Cys C were also positively correlated with visceral fat area(P <0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of both Hcy and Cys C increase in patients with T2 DM combined with CI,they were positively correlated with visceral fat area,combined detection of the three indicators can help to understand the condition,guide the treatment and judge the prognosis.更多还原
