浙麦冬产地加工不同干燥方法研究

【摘要】 目的:科学研究浙麦冬产地适宜的加工和干燥方法。方法:通过不同温度直接烘干、类似传统的烘后回潮再烘的干燥方式、微波杀青、100℃高温杀青、去须根干燥以及传统的加工干燥等方式加工浙麦冬,并测定其总皂苷、总黄酮和总多糖等三类成分的含量。结果与结论:浙麦冬产地加工以60℃直接烘干,其总皂苷、总黄酮含量与传统加工方式相似,总多糖含量高于传统加工,可以代替传统的加工方式;100℃高温杀青、微波杀青或去须根等方式干燥,对总多糖含量影响较大。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study a suitable processing method for Ophiopogon japonicas in producing area. Methods:The O. japonicas were dried at different temperature,dried similar to traditional processing,wrapped by microwave at 100 ℃,dried by removing fibrous root, and compared with the traditional process. And the total saponins, polysaccharide and flavonoids were determined. Results and Conclusion: The results show that contents of total saponins and total flavonoids in O. japonicas dried at 60 ℃ were similar to the traditional processing, the total polysaccharides was higher than traditional processing,and the method of dried at 60℃ can replace the traditional processing. The total polysaccharides was lower in O. japonicas wrapped by microwave,high temperatures( 100 ℃),or dried by removing fibrous root.
