超声新技术在甲状腺良恶性结节鉴别诊断中的应用
Application of Ultrasonic New Technique for Differential Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Thyroid Nodules
【摘要】 超声检查是临床上对甲状腺结节进行鉴别诊断、评估及随访的最常用的工具。近年来随着现代影像学技术的发展,超声弹性成像技术、超声造影、B-flow技术以及三维超声成像等新技术逐步应用于临床。本文就超声新技术在甲状腺良恶性结节鉴别诊断中的应用作一综述。
【Abstract】 Ultrasonography is the most frequently used clinical tool for the identification, assessment and followup of thyroid nodules. In recent years, with the development of modern imaging techniques, new ultrasonic technique such as elastosonography, contrast enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS), B-flow imaging and Micro Pure imaging was gradually being applied in the clinic. The application of new ultrasonic technique for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules was reviewed in this article.
