【摘要】 目的观察麦滋林联合美常安治疗ICU危重病人并发应激性溃疡(stress ulcer,SU)出血的临床疗效。方法ICU危重病人并发SU出血患者616例,按诊断SU的先后次序编号,单号为对照组(297例),给予泮托拉唑钠静滴,每12h1次,同时经留置胃管鼻饲10ml生理盐水,每8h1次;双号为治疗组(319例),在对照组的基础上加用麦滋林、美常安溶解到10ml生理盐水中鼻饲,每8h1次,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组48h总有效率为98.12%,对照组为66.67%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.001)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论麦滋林联合美常安能提高质子泵抑制剂(PPI)治疗ICU危重病人并发SU出血的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Marzulene-S and Meichangan(Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules,Medilac-s)in treatment of ICU critically ill patients complicated with stress ulcer(SU)bleeding. Methods A total of 616 cases of ICU critically ill patients associated with SU bleeding were enrolled in this study.According to the sequence number of patients diagnosed with SU,intravenous drip of pantoprazole sodium q 12 hwas given to the control group with odd number(297cases);meanwhile,an indwelling gastric tube was used to conduct the nasogastric gavage of 10 ml physiological saline q 8h.On the basis of the treatment method to the control group,the nasogastric gavage of 10 ml physiological saline q 8hdissolving with Marzulene-S and Medilac-s was adopted to cure the treatment group with even number(319cases).The efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rates in 48 hwas 98.12% and 66.67%in the treatment group and the control group,respectively.The curative effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P <0.001).Both groups were free from significant adverse reactions.
