热轧带钢加热炉沿炉膛宽度方向温度均匀性研究
Research on temperature uniformity along the furnace width direction of hot strip reheating furnace
【摘要】 依据火焰炉热工特性,对某公司热轧带钢板坯加热炉沿炉膛宽度方向温度不均而引起的加热质量问题展开研究。从炉膛结构、炉内气体流动和燃烧特性等对炉膛传热的影响分析出发,查明造成沿炉膛宽度方向温度不均的原因。结合炉子大修,改变炉膛局部隔墙的结构,从而改变了炉膛的气流分布和辐射特性,大大提高了加热炉沿宽度方向的温度均匀性,提高了产品的加热质量,为改善热轧带钢板坯沿炉膛宽度方向上的温度均匀性提供了理论和实践依据。
【Abstract】 According to the thermal properties of flame furnace,the reheating quality problems of hot strip slab reheating furnace which was caused by temperature variations along the furnace width direction was researched. Find out the cause of uneven temperature along the furnace width by analyzing their impact on the furnace heat transfer from the furnace structure,furnace gas flow and combustion characteristics etc. Change the air flow distribution and the radiation characteristics of the furnace by combining with furnace overhaul and changing the furnace local partition wall structure,consequently improving the reheating quality and the temperature uniformity in the width direction of furnace,which provides with both theoretical and practical foundation for the improvement of temperature uniformity along the furnace width direction on the hot strip slab reheating furnace.
