氟化铝催化剂酸碱性调变研究进展
Advances in Acidic Modulation of Aluminum Fluoride- Based Catalysts
【摘要】 氟化铝是重要的化工材料,在工业催化领域中占有举足轻重的地位,广泛应用于ODS替代品的研发和含氟烯烃的制备过程中,是目前氟化工行业研究的热点。但如何维持其较高的活性和稳定性,阻止催化剂尤其是由于酸性太强而引起的积炭失活是目前研究者面临的一个亟待解决的问题。针对氟化铝催化剂酸碱性能和其催化活性的关系,综述了催化剂晶形、比表面和催化剂酸碱性能的关系及如何通过制备方法、元素掺杂和添加助剂的方式来调变催化剂的酸碱性能的研究进展和现状。
【Abstract】 As important chemical material,aluminum fluoride put a significant role in industrial catalysis,and is widely used in the research of ODS substitutes and preparation of fluorinated olefins. Aluminum fluoride is the hotspot of research in fluorine chemical industry,but how to maintain higher activity and stability,prevent catalyst deactivation caused especially by the strong acid is a problem to be solved for the researchers. Based on the relationship of aluminum fluoride acid- base performance and its catalytic activity,the specific surface area,crystalline and acid- base properties of the aluminum fluoride catalyst were discussed. Several ways such as different synthesis methods,element doping and adding additives to modulation aluminum fluoride acid- base properties were reviewed.
