【摘要】 本文介绍了直链状MIBC与环链状松醇油(2#油)两种起泡剂的结构特征,对某铅锌硫矿物浮选效果试验研究结果,以及使用这两种起泡剂后对废水中COD含量影响和降解特性,揭示两种起泡剂在铅、锌矿物浮选过程中有较好的浮选效果,而对硫矿物浮选效果有较大差异,以及2#油对废水污染有较大影响,建议在铅锌选矿生产中适当选用或替换。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article introduced the architectural feature of two foaming agents that of straight chain MIBC and annular chain terpenic oil( NO.2 oil). The research results of some lead- zinc- sulphur mineral flotation experimental study and the COD content influence and the degradation characteristic of the waste water after using this two foaming agent revealed that this two foaming agents has better floatation effect on the flotation Process of lead- zinc mineral. But it has larger difference on the flotation effect of sulphur mineral. Besides,the NO.2 oil has larger difference on the waste water pollution. So we suggest that selecting and using or replacing NO.2 oil properly in the dressing process.更多还原
