【摘要】 目的观察放置负压引流管预防腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术后发生临床血清肿的效果。方法行经腹腹膜前疝修补术患者110例分为两组,65例术中腹膜外放置负压引流管(观察组),45例未放置负压引流管(对照组)。观察两组术后1个月内发生临床血清肿情况。结果术后1个月,观察组未发生临床血清肿;对照组发生临床血清肿3例,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型血清肿各1例。结论腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术中放置负压引流管,可减少术后血清肿的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the preventive effect of negative pressure drainage tube on the occurrence of clinical seroma after laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.Methods A total of 110 patients underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair was divided into two groups.The negative pressure drainage tube was placed at outside of peritoneal in 65cases(group A),which was not in 45cases(group B).The occurrence of clinical seroma was observed within one month after surgery.Results The clinical seroma was not seen in group A within one month after surgery,which was observed in 3cases in group B(clinical seroma typeⅡin one case,typeⅢin one case,and typeⅣin one case).Conclusion The placement of negative pressure drainage tube in the patients underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair may effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative clinical seroma.更多还原
