【摘要】 目的比较飞利浦(Philips)及通用(GE)两种型号超声仪器自动功能成像(AFI)测量左心室应变的一致性和变异性。方法采用Philips IE33(Philips组)和GE Vivid E9(GE组)超声仪分别采集56例健康志愿者的心尖二维图像,AFI得出整体、二腔、三腔及四腔应变值,比较两组所测值的一致性和变异性。结果 Philips组的整体、三腔和四腔应变值较GE组高(P<0.05)。两组所测同一受检者的数据一致性良好;同一测量者前后及不同测量者之间所测结果一致性良好,变异性小。结论应用Philips IE33和GE Vivid E9两种型号仪器测量的心肌应变值有一定差异;但所测结果一致性好,变异性小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the consistency and variability of left ventricular strain measured by automated function imaging(AFI)of Philips and GE ultrasound instruments.Methods Apical ultrasound images of 56 healthy subjects were collected,which examined by two ultrasound instruments of Philips IE33(group A)and GE Vivid E9(group B).The total,two-chamber,threechamber and four-chamber strain values were obtained by AFI and the consistency and variability were compared between two groups.Results Total,three-chamber and four-chamber strain values of group A were higher than those of group B(P<0.05).The data of the same subjects in two groups were in good consistency.The data measured by same investigator before and after were in good consistency as well and the variability was small.Conclusion There is a little difference in myocardium strain values measured by the two ultrasound instruments,but the measured results are in good consistency with small variability.更多还原
