维生素D对高脂饲养兔主动脉瓣钙化及血清瘦素含量的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨维生素D对高脂饲养兔主动脉瓣钙化及血清瘦素含量的影响。方法雄性新西兰大白兔36只,随机均分为四组:A组给予含0.1%胆固醇饮食+维生素D;B组给予0.1%胆固醇饮食,不加维生素D;C组给予正常饮食+维生素D;D组给予正常饮食,不加维生素D。喂养16周后,心脏超声检测各组兔主动脉瓣跨瓣压差及左心室射血分数,并检测各组兔血胆固醇相关指标及血清瘦素含量。结果 A、B组兔主动脉瓣跨瓣压差、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、钙和血清瘦素含量均高于C、D组,而左心室射血分数低于C、D组(P<0.05);A组兔主动脉瓣跨瓣压差、血清瘦素含量亦高于B组,而左心室射血分数低于B组(P<0.05)。结论维生素D可导致高脂饲养兔血清瘦素含量明显增高,有诱导主动脉瓣钙化的作用;但对正常饮食喂养兔,维生素D并无诱导主动脉瓣钙化作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of vitamin D(VD)on the aortic valve calcification and serum leptin in high-fat feeding rabbits.Methods Thirty-six New Zealand white rabbits were randomly and equally divided into four groups of A(0.1% cholesterol diet plus VD),B(0.1%cholesterol diet without VD),C(normal diet plus VD)and D(normal diet without VD).After feeding for 16 weeks,serum leptin and cholesterol-related indicators were detected and the measurements of aortic valve pressure gradient and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were performed by cardiac uhrasonography.Results The aortic valve pressure gradient,serum levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,calcium and leptin were higher and LVEF was lower in groups of A and B than those in groups of C and D(P<0.05).The aortic valve pressure gradient and serum level of leptin were higher and LVEF was lower in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion VD can lead to obviously increase of serum leptin and induce aortic valve calcification in rabbits with high-fat feeding,which does not induce aortic valve calcification in rabbits with normal diet.
