【摘要】 目的探讨氟尿嘧啶缓释剂联合适形调强放疗对中晚期巨块型宫颈癌治疗的疗效。方法中晚期巨块型宫颈癌患者30例分为两组:试验组14例,宫颈局部肿瘤内植入氟尿嘧啶缓释剂联合适形调强放疗;对照组16例,单纯放疗。评价肿瘤消退效果及骨髓抑制等不良反应发生情况。结果试验组总有效率和完全缓解率均高于对照组(92.9%vs.62.5%和71.4%vs.37.5%)(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相仿(P>0.05)。结论氟尿嘧啶缓释剂联合适形调强放疗能有效作用于肿瘤局部,对于肿瘤消退效果明显,且不增加放疗的不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of 5-FU sustained-release formulation combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT) in treating advanced massive cervical cancer.Methods Thirty patients with advanced massive cervical cancer were randomly divided into two groups of A(treated with 5-FU formulation combined with IMRT,14 cases) and B(treated with IMRT alone,16 cases).The efficacy and adverse effects were compared between two groups.Results The overall effectiveness rate and complete remission rate were significantly higher in group A than those in group B(92.9%vs.62.5%and 71.4%vs.37.5%)(P<0.05).The incidences of adverse effects were similar in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion 5-FU sustained-release formulation combined with IMRT is locally effective in the treatment of advanced massive cervical cancer without increasing the adverse effects of radiation therapy.更多还原
