【摘要】 目的探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、IL-6、TNF-α和左心房内径(LAID)与心房颤动(房颤)的关系。方法 82例房颤患者分为阵发性房颤组(23例)、持续性房颤组(27例)和永久性房颤组(32例),以30例窦性心律者作为对照组。采用ELISA法检测血清CRP、IL-6和TNF-α水平,彩色多普勒超声测量LAID。结果房颤患者血清CRP、IL-6和TNF-α的水平高于对照组(P<0.01),持续性房颤组和永久性房颤组血清CRP、IL-6和TNF-α水平高于阵发性房颤组(P<0.01)。房颤患者LAID大于对照组(P<0.01),持续性房颤组和永久性房颤组LAID大于阵发性房颤组(P<0.01)。持续性房颤组和永久性房颤组的血清CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平和LAID差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论房颤患者,尤其是持续性和永久性房颤患者的血清炎症因子水平升高,LAID增大,提示血清炎症因子水平和LAID与房颤持续时间相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship of atrial fibrillation and serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and left atrial internal diameter(LAID).Methods Eighty-two patients with atrial fibrillation were divided into three groups of A(paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,23 cases),B(persistent atrial fibrillation,27 cases)and C(permanent atrial fibrillation,32cases).Another 30 patients with sinus rhythm were taken as the controls(group D).Serum levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-αand LAID were measured by ELISA and echocardiography,respectively.Results Serum levels of CRP,IL-6and TNF-αin the patients with atrial fibrillation were significantly higher than those in group D(P<0.01),which in groups of B and C were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.01).LAID in patients with atrial fibrillation was significantly longer than that in group D(P<0.01),which in groups of B and C were significantly longer than those in group A(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in serum levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and LAID between groups of B and C(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of inflammatory factors and LAID in the patients with atrial fibrillation,especially in those with persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation are significantly increased suggesting that serum levels of inflammatory factors and LAID are related to the duration of atrial fibrillation.更多还原
