医用CT照射剂量信息管理系统的开发及应用
Development and Application of Medical CT Irradiation Dose Information Management System
【摘要】 医疗X线检查已成为公众辐射的主要来源,公众接受医疗X线检查的频率在国内外均呈现快速增长,其中CT检查的组织吸收剂量已达到或超过增加组织致癌可能性的水平。详细描述了基于LabVIEW图形化编程环境下医用CT照射剂量信息管理系统的开发,包括整个系统的框架结构、主要模块的具体实现流程等。同时通过应用获得了各部位的检查剂量均值,以及患者的累积检查剂量值。这些数据可以督促X线检查技师合理使用检查中的X线照射剂量,也可以帮助放射科管理者对检查剂量的合理运用进行精确管理。
【Abstract】 Medical X-ray examination has become the main source of public radiation, public acceptance of medical X-ray examination of the frequency at home and abroad are showing rapid growth, in which the CT examination of the organization has reached or exceeded the level of increased tissue cancer. This paper describes the development of medical CT irradiation dose information management system based on the LabVIEW graphical programming environment, including the framework structure of the whole system, the specific implementation process of the main module. At the same time, the mean value of the examination of the site was obtained by the application, and the cumulative dose of the patients were examined. The data can be used to supervise the X-ray examination of the X-ray examination, also can help the management of the radiation department to carry out the reasonable use of the dose.
