皮草废水的混凝沉淀-二氧化氯组合回用处理
The reclamation and reuse of the fur dyeing wastewater by coagulation precipitation-ClO2 process
【摘要】 探索了二氧化氯对皮草染色废水脱色的最佳条件,研究了助剂对其脱色处理效果的影响。试验结果表明:脱色最佳试验条件为pH=9,ClO2投加量为100 mg/L,反应时间15 min,匀染剂、加脂剂和甲酸都会对色度和CODCr的抑制作用产生叠加效应。对此,采用二氧化氯-混凝组合工艺,在最佳条件下,当混凝剂PAC和助凝剂PAM的投加量分别为720 mg/L和50 mg/L时,皮草模拟废水的色度和CODCr均能达到回用要求。
【Abstract】 The auxiliaries in the fur dyeing wastewater are studied to explore the optimum conditions for the decolorization by ClO2. The optimized decolorization process with ClO2 is discussed on dyeing wastewater from fur dyehouse. The effects of auxiliaries on the decolorization treatment are also analyzed.The results show that the optimum conditions are p H value 9, reaction time 15 min, ClO2 concentration100 mg/L. Auxiliaries such as leveling agent, greasing agent and formic have an additive inhibitory effect on the chromaticity and CODCr. The wastewater treated by the ClO2-coagulation oxidation of 720 mg/L PAC or 50 mg/L PAM has achieved the requirements of water reuse in either chromaticity or CODCr.
