【Abstract】 The existing literatures on internship satisfaction ignored the influences of personality differences upon the internship students,with internship students being portrayed as disembodied,faceless actors mindlessly engaged in internship behaviors,and the relationship between the students’ personality traits and their internship satisfaction hasn’t been studied yet. This paper attempts to fill the blank,using factor analysis and regression analysis method to test the effects of Big- Five personality dimensions on the students’ internship satisfaction. The results show that the Big- Five personality dimensions are important predictors of internship satisfaction and students with high " emotional stability", " agreeableness" and " imagination" will have higher internship satisfaction.更多还原
