【摘要】 目的为了解四川省阿坝州各县执行《阿坝州扶贫开发和综合防治大骨节病试点工作财政扶贫资金项目规划(2008-2012年)》(《规划》)工作各项措施的实施和进展情况,总结经验,综合评价防治大骨节病措施取得的效果,以进一步完善相关政策和综合防治措施,为提高大骨节病防治效果提供科学依据,确保如期实现《规划》目标。方法 2010年根据《阿坝州扶贫开发和综合防治大骨节病试点工作中期评估方案》,按照普查时病情严重程度采取分层抽样的方式,在全州12个县(除理县外)120个评估点开展综合防治大骨节病试点中期效果调查。结果 120个评估点检查7~16岁青少年人群7 914人,其中发现1例大骨节病病例,临床总检出率为0.012%;拍摄7~13岁儿童及13~16岁临床检查有病情体征右手X线片6 552张,X线阳性片41张,平均阳性检出率为0.63%。结论四川省阿坝州新发大骨节病得到遏制,综合防治初见成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand implementation of related measures and progress in related work in the Plan about the Financial Poverty Alleviation Fund for Pilot Poverty Alleviation and Development and Comprehensive Prevention and Treatment of Kaschin-Beck Disease in ABa Prefecture( 2008-2012)( Plan) in each county of ABa Prefecture in Sichuan Province,summarize experience,and comprehensively assess achievements in prevention and treatment of Kaschin-Beck disease so as to further improve related policies and comprehensive prevention and treatment measures,provide a scientific basis for improving the Kaschin-Beck disease prevention and treatment effects and ensure goals in the Plan are achieved as scheduled. Methods In 2010,following the Protocol for Interim Assessment of Pilot Poverty Alleviation and Development and Comprehensive Prevention and Treatment of Kaschin-Beck Disease in ABa Prefecture,interim achievements in pilot work for prevention and treatment of Kaschin-Beck disease were investigated in 120 assessment units in 12 counties( except Lixian County) of the prefecture by means of stratified sampling depending on the disease severity at census. Results 7914 adolescents aged 7-16 were examined in the 120 assessment units. Kaschin-Beck disease was found in one patient; the total clinical detection rate was 0. 012%. 6 552 X-ray films of right hands of children aged 7- 13 and youngsters aged 13-16 with clinical signs were taken,and 41 positive films were found; the average positive rate was 0. 36%. Conclusion Emergence of Kaschin-Beck disease has been effectively controlled,and the comprehensive prevention and control measures have yielded preliminary effects in ABa Prefecture of Sichuan Province.更多还原
