223份桶装天然矿泉水和包装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的检测结果分析
Analysis of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Detection of 223 Samples of Barreled Drinking Natural Mineral Water and Packaged Drinking Water
【摘要】 目的了解惠州市桶装饮用天然矿泉水和包装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌污染状况,为桶装饮用水卫生监督管理和相关水源性疾病的预防及控制提供科学依据。方法采用国标《GB/T 8538-2008饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》,对2013-2015年桶装饮用天然矿泉水和包装饮用水进行铜绿假单胞菌检测并对检出菌株进行药敏试验。结果 3年间223份桶装饮用水中有24份样品检出铜绿假单胞菌,总阳性率为10.76%;各类型桶装水均有检出,饮用天然矿泉水、纯净水、山泉水及其他饮用水的阳性率分别为12.86%、9.28%、9.76%和13.33%;24株典型菌株中,17株产绿脓菌素,6株产荧光色素,1株产脓红素;铜绿假单胞菌检出与大肠菌群检验结果无显著相关性;药敏试验结果显示24株阳性菌株对哌拉西林、头孢吡肟等11种抗生素均无耐药性,对氨苄西林、头孢唑啉等7种抗生素耐药,耐药率100.00%。结论惠州市桶装饮用天然矿泉水和包装饮用水中均存在铜绿假单胞菌污染风险隐患,阳性样品中存在3种典型菌株的菌落形态,建议桶装饮用水生产企业采取控制措施,相关监督部门应加强监督管理。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the contamination of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barreled drinking natural mineral water and packaged drinking water in Huizhou,and to provide scientific basis for the hygiene supervision and management of barreled drinking water and to prevent and control of water related diseases. Methods Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected in barreled drinking natural mineral water and packaged drinking water collected in 2013- 2015 according to the method for examination of drinking natural mineral water( GB / T8538- 2008),and the detected positive strains were performed with drug susceptibility tests. Results 24 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated in the past three years. The total positive rate was10. 76%.Pseudomonas aeruginosa was isolated from various types of barreled water: the detection rates of drinking natural mineral water,pure water,spring water and other drinking water were 12. 86%,9. 28%,9. 76%,and 13. 33%respectively. Among the 24 typical strains,17 ones produced pyocyanin,6 produced fluorochrome and 1 produced pyorubin. The detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa has no significant correlation with Coliform bacteria. Drug susceptibility tests showed that 24 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were sensitive to piperacillin,cefepime and other 9 kinds of antibiotics,but they were resistant to ampicillin,cefazolin and other 5 kinds of antibiotics,the resistant rate was 100. 00%. Conclusion There was Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination risk in barreled drinking natural mineral water and packaged drinking water in the area,There were three kinds of typical strains colony morphology in the positive samples. It is recommended that enterprises producing barreled drinking water should take some controlling measures,and monitoring and management should be strengthened by relevant department.
