全自动流动注射仪测定生活饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂

【摘要】 目的建立全自动流动注射仪测定生活饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂的分析方法。方法采用北京吉天FIA-6000+型全自动流动注射分析仪,在最佳的测试条件下,对水样中阴离子合成洗涤剂进行方法学试验。结果本法的线性范围0μg/L~1 000μg/L,相关系数为0.999 94,方法检测限为0.95μg/L,相对标准偏差0.31%~3.70%,加标回收率:97.2%~104.0%。结论该法操作简便、灵敏度高、检出限低、检测时间短,适用于实验室大批量样品的检测。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an analysis method for determination of anionic synthetic detergent in drinking water by flow injection spectrophtometry. Methods Using flow injection analysis of FIA-6000+produced by Beijing Titan Instruments,and under the best test condition,anionic synthetic detergent in the water samples were conducted methodology test. Results The linear range of the method was 0 μg / L-1 000 μg / L( r =0. 999 94),the detection limit was 0. 95 μg / L,the relative standard deviation was 0. 31 %-3. 70 %,and the recovery was 97. 2 %-104. 0 %. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid in operation,and with characteristics of high sensitivity,low detection limit,and short testing time. It is suitable for the laboratory testing of large quantity of sample.
