我国大陆地区各省艾滋病与淋病、梅毒报告发病率的系统聚类分析
Hierarchical Clustering Analysis on Reported Incidence of Sexually Transmitted Diseases in China’s mainland
【摘要】 目的探讨我国大陆地区各省区市2012年常见3种性传播疾病(以下简称性病),艾滋病、淋病、梅毒发病情况的分布特点,为性病的预防控制提供参考。方法收集2012年我国31个省区3种性病的报告发病率,对其进行统计描述、线性相关和Q型系统聚类分析,采用组间平均法对Q型聚类分析的距离进行测量。结果在这3种性病种类中,以梅毒最为常见,聚类分析结果为性病合计报告发病率,艾滋病、淋病、梅毒的报告发病率均位于各省区前列的新疆、广西最早聚为一类,随后淋病报告发病率明显偏高的广东、福建、浙江、上海也归入类中。结论我国性病高发地区特征明显,其性病总报告发病率居全国前列,明显高于全国平均发病水平,对此类地区的性病防治工作应重点加强。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the epidemic characteristics of Sexually transmitted diseases(STDs)in China’s mainland in 2012 so as to provide reference for preventing and controlling the diseases.Methods Data of the reported incidence rates of different types of STDs were collected in 31 provinces of China’s mainland.Descriptive epidemiology method,linear correlation analysis and Q hierarchical clustering analysis were conducted to analyze the data by using the statistical software SPSS19.0.Results Syphilis was the most prevalent STDs in China’s mainland.The reported total incidence rate of all types of STDs and the reported incidence rates of HIV,gonorrhea and syphilis were all positively correlated.The results of hierarchical clustering analysis showed that Guangxi province,Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region had the highest reported total incidence rates of all types of STDs and the highest reported incidence rates of HIV,gonorrhea and syphilis were classified into the same group firstly.Secondly,Fujian province,Guangdong province,Zhejiang province and Shanghai had the highest reported incidence rate of gonorrhea and were clustered into one group exclusively.Conclusion The reported total incidence rate of all types of STDs and the high-prevalence regions rank firstly across the country,which are all significantly higher than the national average levels,and hence,more attention should be paid to prevention and control of STDs in the these regions.
