【摘要】 目的掌握攀枝花市孕产妇对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率水平及其影响因素,为当地制定防控措施提供依据。方法2009-2013年的4~6月期间,对为准备分娩首次到哨点医院建卡或进行围产期保健的孕产妇进行问卷调查。结果2009-2013年共调查2002名孕产妇,艾滋病防治知识知晓率为58.44%,单项知识回答正确率分别为55.04%~74.53%,其中问题"蚊虫叮咬会不会传播艾滋病"正确率最低(55.04%);孕产妇的文化程度越高,艾滋病知识知晓率越高(χ2=175.140,P=0.000);<20岁的低年龄组和≥40岁高年龄组孕产妇的知晓率低于其他年龄段(χ2=50.590,P=0.000)。结论攀枝花市孕产妇人群艾滋病知识知晓率较低;知晓率可能与孕产妇的年龄和文化程度有关。因此,今后应深入广泛的开展孕产妇艾滋病健康教育,尤其关注文化程度低、20岁以下低年龄和40岁及以上高年龄的孕产妇。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the awareness of HIV / AIDS-related knowledge and associated factors among pregnant women and to provide evidence for formulating local prevention and control measures. Methods During Apr. to Jun. of each year in 2009- 2013,pregnant women visiting the sentinel hospital for register or for first perinatal care were investigated with questionnaires. Results A total of 2002 pregnant women were investigated during the period. The overall HIV / AIDS knowledge awareness rate was 58. 44%,and the correct rate for single question ranged 55. 04%-74. 53%. The correct rate of " Mosquito bites will not spread AIDS" was the lowest( 55. 04%). Higher education level was associated with the higher awareness rate( χ2= 175. 14,P <0. 01). The awareness rate of those with age < 20 and ≥ 40 years old was lower than other age group( χ2=50. 59,P < 0. 01). Conclusion The awareness rate of HIV / AIDS knowledge is relatively low and associated with maternal age and educational level. Through and extensive health education among pregnant women should be implemented,especially for those with low culture degree,or with age less than 20 or more than 40.更多还原
