食品安全与检测课程教学改革
Study on Theoretical and Practical Teaching Methods in the Course of Food Safety and Detection
【摘要】 食品安全与检测课程是宜春学院食品质量与安全本科专业的一门综合性实践性很强的专业课。在近几年该课程的研究与实践中发现,其教学方法和手段传统单一,导致学生学习积极性降低。因此,针对食品安全与检测课程的课堂教学进行了四个方面的探索:优化教材内容、建立食品案例库、实施案例教学法和制作多媒体课件;针对食品安全与检测课程的实践教学也进行了四个方面的探索:调整实验项目、构建综合能力实践平台、指导学生参加课外科技活动和引导学生参与科研项目。通过探索食品安全与检测课程课堂和实践教学模式,以期有效调高教学质量并提升学生创新和实践能力。
【Abstract】 Food safety and detection is a comprehensive, practical and specialized course for the major of food quality and safety in Yichun University. Recently the teaching methods of this course were found to be so traditional and so simple that students’ enthusiasm lost obviously. It’ s necessary to make research of theoretical teaching way in four aspects: optimize teaching material, built a food case base, put case teaching methodology in practice,and make multimedia course- ware; it’ s necessary to make research of practical teaching way in four aspects:optimize experimental item, establish practice platform, guild students to join extracurricular scientific activities and lead students to attend research project. Through these ways, the teaching efficiency and creative ability of students can be improved.
