【摘要】 目的:探讨基于ECS高仿真模拟人开展理实同步急危重症护理综合实训的教学效果。方法:将101名护生随机分为实验组51名和对照组50名,实验组利用ECS开展理实同步的急救综合演练,对照组采用传统方法教学。课程结束后对实验组进行教学效果问卷调查,比较两组护生校内理论成绩、急救综合技术成绩及实习期间实践综合能力。结果:实验组90%以上的护生认为基于ECS的理实同步急危重症护理综合实训教学效果好,实验组护生的校内理论成绩、急救综合技术成绩及实习期间实践综合能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:理实同步开展基于ECS的急危重症护理综合实训是校内培养护生实践综合能力的有力平台,有助于提高护生的急救综合能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the teaching effect of developing the theory- practice synchronous emergency and critical care’s integrated training which is based on ESC. Methods: A total 0 f 101 nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group with 51 cases and control group with 50 cases. students in experiment group used ECS to carry out the theory- practice synchronous emergency nursing comprehensive training, the control group still used the traditional method of teaching. The questionnaire about the teaching effect of experiment group were done after course, two groups of nursing students on campus theoretical achievements, emergency comprehensive technical achievements and performance art during the internship have been examined and compared. Results: More than 90 % students in experiment group considered that the theory- practice synchronous emergency and critical care’s integrated training teaching based on the ESC had a better effect. Besides, experiment group’s records were better than control group in theory, first aid comprehensive abilities and practical comprehensive abilities. Conclusions: Develop the theory- practice synchronous emergency and critical care ’s integrated training based on the ESC is a powerful platform to train the practical comprehensive abilities of nursing students on campus. It also contribute to the nursing students’ first aid comprehensive abilities.更多还原
