【摘要】 [背景]观察使用切口保护套对腹部手术切口感染率的影响.[病例报告]选择各90例行腹部手术时使用与未使用切口保护套的患者作为观察组与对照组,两组手术切口均大于8cm,采用病例对照研究方法观察使用切口保护套对腹部手术切口感染率的影响.结果见,观察组腹部手术切口感染率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05).[讨论]切口保护套可保护手术切口,降低切口感染的发生.更多还原

【Abstract】 BACKGROUND To investigate the effect of lap-protectoron incision infection of abdominal operation.CASE REPORTS90 patients of abdominal operation with lap-protector were selected astreatment group,and another 90 patients of abdominal operation were selected ascontrol group who did not apply the lap-protector.The surgical incision in both groups was greater than 8cm.Case-control study was adopted to observe the effect of lap-protector on the incidence of surgical incision infection.The results showed that lap-protector could significantly decrease the incidence of surgical incision infection(P < 0.05).DISCUSSIONLap-protector could protect the incision of abdominal operation and efficiently decrease the incidence of surgical incision infection.更多还原
