【Abstract】 As for college students’ party construction under the new situation,it must innovate with scientific development concept all the time; it must solve problems by appealing to traits of characters and psychology of college students; it must enhance attraction of party organizations for outstanding youths to build long- term effective mechanism of university party construction.
