高血压糖尿病合并脑出血患者血糖水平控制对并发症发生率的影响

【摘要】 目的研究血糖水平控制对高血压糖尿病合并脑出血患者并发症发生率的影响。方法选取我院2013年4月至2015年3月收治的85例高血压糖尿病合并脑出血患者,按血糖控制情况分为两组:A组为血糖控制良好(43例),B组为血糖控制不良(42例)。分析和比较两组的血压情况及并发症发生率、死亡率。结果治疗前,两组最高收缩压、最高舒张压、最低收缩压、最低舒张压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组血压均有所下降,但A组下降幅度较大,趋于正常水平;两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组的并发症发生率和死亡率分别为20.9%、4.7%,显著低于B组的47.6%、19.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压糖尿病合并脑出血患者进行血糖控制可以改善患者的血压水平,降低并发症发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of incidence of complications for controling blood sugar levels of the patients with hypertension and diabetes complicated with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 85 cases of patients with hypertension and diabetes complicated with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to March 2015 were selected and diveded into two groups according to the control of blood sugar. The blood sugar levels of patients in group A(43 cases) were well-controlled, while levels of patients in group B(42 cases) were poorly-controlled. The blood pressure, incidence of complications and mortality were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found in the highest systolic pressure, highest diastolic pressure, lowest systolic pressure and lowest diastolic pressure between two groups(P >0.05). After treatment, the blood pressure of two groups were decreased, but more significantly in group A, whose level was nearly normal, with statistical difference(P <0.05). The incidence of complications and mortality of group A were respectively 20.9% and 4.7%, significantly lower than 47.6% and 19.0% of group B, with statistical difference(P <0.05). Conclusions To control the blood sugar of patients with hypertension and diabetes complicated with cerebral hemorrhage can improve their blood pressure and reduce the incidence of complications.
