【摘要】 目的探讨多列肌间隙与传统入路治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年6月至2015年6月收治的81例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组选择腰椎后路正中切口,观察组选择多列肌间隙入路。比较两组患者手术情况、腰背痛等指标。结果观察组的手术时间和住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量、术后引流量少于对照组(P<0.05)。手术后6个月,观察组ODI评分、VAS评分、腰背痛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多列肌间隙手术入路治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好的临床疗效,手术操作安全、简单,术后腰背痛明显缓解,值得临床推广运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore clinical effects of multifidus muscle gap and traditional approach in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 81 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group selected the lumbar posterior midline incision, while the observation group selected the multifidus muscle gap approach. The operation condition and low back pain of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the blood loss and postoperative drainage volume were less than those of the control group(P <0.05). 6 months after operation, the ODI score, VAS score and incidence of low back pain of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Multifidus muscle gap surgical approach, which is safe and simple, has better clinical efficacy for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. It can significantly relieve postoperative low back pain, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
