【摘要】 目的探讨老年髋部骨折患者护理中应用健康教育的临床效果。方法以我院2014年10月至2015年10月期间收治的120例老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为两组各60例。对照组患者采用常规的护理方法,观察组患者在护理过程中应用健康教育。比较两组患者住院期间各类不良事件的发生率以及功能恢复情况。结果观察组的不良事件发生率(1.67%)明显低于对照组(13.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者功能恢复效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够有效地提高老年髋部骨折患者的自我护理能力,减少住院期间不良事件的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of health education in the process of nursing for elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods A total of 120 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture admitted to hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given health education in the process of nursing. The incidence of adverse events during hospitalization, and functional recovery were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events of observation group was 1.67%, significantly lower than 13.33% of control group, with statistical difference(P <0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group in the functional recovery effect, with statistical difference(P <0.05). Conclusions Health education in the process of nursing for elderly patients with hip fracture can effectively improve the self-care ability of patients, and reduce the incidence of adverse events during hospitalization.更多还原
