2型糖尿病大鼠六味地黄丸治疗后血脂、血糖以及IL-2和IL-10水平的变化

【摘要】 目的探讨六味地黄丸治疗2型糖尿病大鼠的疗效。方法构建2型糖尿病、中医分类的阴虚热盛型和气阴两虚型三种的大鼠模型,模型组均采用六味地黄丸干预治疗,正常对照组大鼠采用安慰剂干预,检测四组大鼠干预前后的血糖(Glu)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)以及细胞因子IL-2和IL-10的水平。结果正常对照组的Glu、TC和TG均无明显变化。模型组干预治疗后的Glu和TG水平均明显下降(P<0.05),而TC除阴虚热盛组水平下降明显(P<0.05)外,其余各组的变化不明显;模型组IL-2和IL-10均呈明显弱表达,而治疗后两者的升高较为明显(P<0.01)。结论在大鼠模型中,六味地黄丸治疗2型糖尿病的疗效明显,可引起细胞因子IL-2和IL-10水平的高表达,其疗效可能与Th1/Th2平衡相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of Liuwei Dihuang pill for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) rats.Methods Three kinds of rat models were established,including T2DM model(T2DM group),Yin-Xu-Re-Sheng model(YXRS group) and Qi-Yin-Liang-Xu model(QYLX group).Rats of normal control group received placebo intervention,and rats of model groups received Liuwei Dihuang pill intervention.The levels of glucose(Glu),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),IL-2 and IL-10 before and after intervention of four groups were detected.Results The levels of Glu,TC and TG of normal control group before and after intervention had no significant change(P >0.05).The levels of Glu and TG of model groups decreased significantly after intervention(P <0.05);After intervention,the TC level decreased significantly in YXRS group(P <0.05),and had no significant change in the other two groups(P >0.05).Before intervention,the levels of IL-2 and IL-10 of model groups showed obviously low expression,while after intervention,the IL-2 and IL-10 levels increased significantly(P <0.01).Conclusions Liuwei Dihuang pill has significant efficacy for T2DM rats,which can lead to high expressions of IL-2 and IL-10.The efficacy may relate to Th1/Th2 balance.
