【摘要】 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对女性盆腔囊性病变的诊断价值。方法选取我院2012年7月至2015年5月收治的60例盆腔囊性病变患者,均行MSCT平扫及增强扫描,分析扫描后的图像诊断结果。结果 60例盆腔囊性病变的病灶均经手术及病理确诊,总共86个囊性病灶,囊性病灶直径17~210 mm,其中良性病变位74个,恶性囊肿为12个。正确定位78个病灶,占90.70%,正确定性67个,占77.91%。结论女性盆腔囊性病变应用MSCT的正确定位及正确定性率比较高,而且影像学图像比较清晰明确,为临床的鉴别诊断提供了参考,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) in differential diagnosis of female pelvic cystic lesions. Methods 60 cases of patients with pelvic cystic lesions treated in our hospital from July 2012 to May 2015 were selected and given MSCT scanning and enhanced scanning, the diagnostic results were analyzed. Results 60 lesions of pelvic cystic lesions were confirmed by surgery and pathology, and the results showed 86 cystic lesions(the diameter was 17 ~ 210 mm), included 74 cases of benign lesions and 12 cases of malignant cysts. 78 lesions(90.70%) were correctly positioned; 67 lesions(77.91%) were correctly determined the nature. Conclusions Multi-slice spiral CT has high correct positioning rate and high qualitative rate in diagnosis of female pelvic cystic lesions, with clear image, which provides reference for clinical differential diagnosis, and deserves clinical popularization and application.更多还原
