【摘要】 目的探讨动态心电图检测变异型心绞痛的心电图结果与其临床价值。方法回顾性研究60例变异型心绞痛患者的动态心电图检查资料。结果变异型心绞痛患者发病时大多伴有ST段的改变,部分患者伴有不同类型的心律失常。经动态心电图监测后,发现患者出现心前区或胸骨后疼痛时,ST-T段改变41例,占68.33%;ST-T段改变伴房室传导阻滞10例,占16.67%;室性早搏伴短阵性室性心动过速7例,占11.67%;房性早搏2例,占3.33%。结论动态心电图为临床诊断变异型心绞痛提供了有效的客观依据,对临床治疗变异型心绞痛有着重要的参考价值与指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the electrocardiogram(ECG) results of dynamic ECG in detection of variant angina pectoris and its clinical value. Methods The dynamic ECG examination data of 60 patients with variant angina pectoris were retrospectively studied.Results Most patients with variant angina pectoris accompanied with the change of ST segment, some patients accompanied with different types of arrhythmia. When the results of dynamic ECG in patients showed precordium pain and retrosternal pain, 41 cases(68.33%) had ST-T segment changes, 10 cases(16.67%) had ST-T segment changes and atrioventricular block, 7 cases(11.67%) had ventricular premature beat(VPB) and short gustiness ventricular tachycardia(VT), 2 cases(3.33%) had atrial premature beat. Conclusions Dynamic electrocardiogram provides effective and objective basis for clinical diagnosis of variant angina pectoris, which has important reference value and guiding significance for clinical treatment of variant angina pectoris.更多还原
