数字化钛网修补术在90例颅骨缺损的疗效分析
Analysis on the Effect of Digital Titanium Mesh in Repairing 90 Cases of Skull Defect
【摘要】 目的探讨颅骨缺损数字化钛网修补术的临床应用价值。方法对我院90例颅骨缺损患者采用计算机辅助技术制作个体化钛网,常规消毒后术中置入,分析数字化钛网治疗颅骨缺损的手术时间、术后患者满意度、术后颅内压、缺损区脑血供情况、术后并发症及治疗费用,评估术后神经功能恢复的疗效。结果 90例数字化钛网修补术治疗颅骨部分缺损病人均恢复良好,手术时间较传统手术缩短,90%患者认为术后恢复原有颅骨外形,颅内压力稳定。术后出现颅内血肿2例,未处理1个月后吸收;钛网外露1例,取出后1年再次行修补术;癫痫2例,药物控制良好。结论数字化塑性钛网修补术治疗颅骨部分缺损塑形良好,手术时间少,能改善颅内压及颅内血管,恢复神经功能,不增加治疗费用,值得临床推广。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application value of digital titanium mesh in repairing skull defect. Methods A total of90 cases of patients with skull defect admitted to our hospital were selected. All patients received repair by individual titanium mesh produced by computer aided technology. The operation time, patients’ satisfaction degree, postoperative intracranial pressure, cerebral blood supply of defect area, postoperative complications and treatment costs were analyzed, and the efficacy of postoperative recovery of neurological function was evaluated. Results All patients in this study had good recovery, and the operation time was shorter than that of convention surgery. 90% cases believed that they had original shape of the skull after operation. All cases had stable intracranial pressure;intracranial hematoma occurred in 2 cases after operation, and absorbed after 1 month without treatment; one case had titanium mesh exposed, and received second repair operation 1 year after remove; two cases had epilepsy, and had good disease control after use of drug.Conclusions Digital titanium mesh in repairing skull defect has satisfactory moulding, and less operation time; also, it can improve the intracranial pressure and intracranial vascular and restore nerve function, without the increase of treatment cost.
