【摘要】 目的探讨消旋山茛菪碱滴眼液治疗儿童近视的效果。方法选取我院收治的76例近视儿童为研究对象,随机分为两组各38例,对照组给予复方托吡卡胺滴眼液治疗,观察组给予消旋山茛菪碱滴眼液治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患儿的裸眼视力及等效屈光度均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),治疗后观察组儿童的裸眼视力、等效屈光度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组眼轴长度、眼压、不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液治疗儿童近视的临床效果确切,可有效改善儿童视力,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of raceanisodamine eye drops in treatment of myopia in children. Methods 76 cases of children with myopia in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with compound tropicamide eye drops, while the observation group was treated with raceanisodamine eye drops. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, both groups had significantly improved uncorrected visual acuity and equivalent refraction(P <0.05); in addition, the observation group had higher uncorrected visual acuity and equivalent refraction compared with the control group after treatment(P <0.05). No statistical difference was found between two groups in the axial length, intraocular pressure and incidence of adverse reactions(P >0.05). Conclusions Raceanisodamine eye drops in treatment of children with myopia have significant effect and fewer adverse reactions, which can effectively improve children’s visual acuity.更多还原
