基于PWM的高精度直流开关稳压电源设计
Design of High Accuracy DC Inverter Stable Voltage Power Supply Based on Pulse Width Modulation
【摘要】 基于脉宽调制算法,研究了数字信号处理器生成PWM波形的实现及软件算法,并在此基础上研制了基于ARM和CLPD的高精度数字控制直流开关电源。实验结果表明:该设计提高了直流电压的利用率,使开关器件的损耗更小。此外,还提出了逆变电源H桥的控制算法,利用ARM、CPLD的数字信号处理能力,提高了系统的响应速度。经测试,系统实现了100~1 000 V的调压输出,输出稳定可靠,纹波输出<0.05%,误差<0.2%。
【Abstract】 Based on pulse width modulation algorithm,the software algorithm and realization of digital signal processor to generate PWM waveforms were studied in this paper,and high precision digital control DC switching power supply based on ARM and CPLD was devoloped. Experimental results show that the design improves the utilization ratio of DC voltage and makes the switching loss smaller. In addition,the control algorithm of the H bridge inverter was proposed,which can improve the speed of the system by using the powerful digital signal processing ability of ARM and CPLD. After testing,the system can achieve the output voltage of 100 ~ 1000 V,and the output is stable and reliable. The ripple output is less than 0. 05% and the stability error is less than 0. 2%.
