面向流程工业的无线传感网络接入网关的设计和应用

【摘要】 文中针对主流无线协议及网关不能满足特有的工业领域和特殊现场环境要求的问题,设计了面向流程工业的无线网络协议WICN,使用AT91SAM9260和CC2530为核心芯片,研制了基于该协议的无线接入网关装置,并构建基于无线传感器网络的冷轧连退线重要设备状态监测系统。该系统在某钢铁公司的冷轧车间现场进行了验证和测试,测试的数据表明,网关很好地满足了工业现场的无线监测要求,具有安全可靠的无线通信功能。

【Abstract】 Aiming at that the mainstream wireless protocols and gateway were difficult to fully satisfy the requirements of characteristic industry area and special site environment,in this paper the new wireless network protocol WICN for process industry was proposed. Using AT91SAM9260 and CC2530 as the core chip,the wireless access gateway device based on the protocol was developed. Cold rolling back line equipment condition monitoring system was built based on wireless sensor network(WSN),the experiments validate the performance of the access gateway. The system was verified and tested in a steel company cold rolling workshop site. The tested data demonstrate that the gateway can meet the wireless monitoring requirement of industrial spot,and possess wireless communication function with safety and reliability.
