基于LabVIEW的光寻址电位传感器实时测试系统
Real-time Test System of Light Addressable Potentiometric Sensor Based on LabVIEW
【摘要】 以实现光寻址电位传感器(LAPS)实时测试为目的,设计了基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器平台的LAPS实时测试系统。采用LabVIEW软件控制数据采集卡输出光源调制电压、直流偏置电压驱动LAPS产生光电流,光电流经跨阻放大器转换成电压信号输出到数据采集卡A/D输入端进行采集。系统实时改变偏置电压,同时对该偏置电压下LAPS输出的光电流进行采集,并利用LabVIEW软件实时绘制LAPS的光电流-偏置电压(I-V)曲线。系统测试结果表明:LAPS实时测试系统能准确地检测出磷酸盐(PBS)缓冲液的浓度,实现了测试过程的自动化和测试结果的实时显示。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the real-time test of Light Addressable Potentiometric Sensor( LAPS),the LAPS real-time testing system based on LabVIEW virtual instrument platform was designed in this paper. The LabVIEW software was used to control the data acquisition card output dc-offset voltage and modulation voltage,that LAPS can produce photocurrent. Using trans-resistance amplifier translates photocurrent to voltage signal,and data acquisition card A / D input collected the voltage signal. The system collected the LAPS output photocurrent when changing the offset voltage in real time,and the photocurrent-offset voltage( I-V)curve of LAPS was drawn by LabVIEW software. The system test results show that LAPS real time test system can accurately detect the concentration of phosphate buffer,achieving the automatization of testing course and display the result in real time.
