宽频雷击电流传感器理论研究与实验
Theoretical Research and Experiment of Broadband Lightning Current Sensor
【摘要】 在高频大暂态电流测量中,传统电磁式电流互感器测量存在波形失真的现象,基于此点不足和根据8/20μs标准雷电流的特性,设计了能较好地用于该类雷击电流幅值及波形测量的宽频雷击电流传感器,并进行仿真、设计及性能测试。试验结果表明:该宽频雷击电流传感器的理论仿真设计与实际测试性能相符,较好地满足了雷击电流测量精度要求,并且可以测量的电流频率范围为743 Hz~394 MHz,灵敏度为111.3 m V/k A,依据实际测试性能显示,该雷击电流传感器适用于各类快速变化的大幅值雷电流测量,并且具有较好的准确度、线性度以及较高的灵敏度。
【Abstract】 In the measurement of high frequency and large transient current,the phenomenon of waveform distortion was measured by the traditional electromagnetic current transformer. Based on this point,according to the characteristic of 8/20 μs lightning current,a wide band lightning current sensor was analyzed and designed which can be used to measure the amplitude and waveform of the impulse current,and the simulation,design and performance test were carried out. The test results show that the practical performance of the broadband lightning current sensor equates with theory design and simulation,and meets the requirements of the lightning current measurement accuracy. The testing frequency range of the lightning current extends from 743 Hz to 394 MHz,and sensitivity is 111. 3 mV / kA. According to the actual test performance,the lightning current sensor is suitable for the rapid change of the lightning current measurement,at the same time it possesses good accuracy,linearity and high sensitivity.
