磁致伸缩冻雨传感器驱动检测系统设计与实验

【摘要】 在磁致伸缩冻雨传感器工作原理的基础上,推导了冻雨传感器检测线圈电动势输出与驱动线圈输入之间的关系。设计了由电源、AD5933信号发生与采集部分、数据处理部分和看门狗监控部分组成的冻雨传感器驱动检测系统,并进行了实验研究。结果表明,设计的冻雨传感器驱动系统可以进行冻雨传感器交流驱动扫频,检测系统可以检测冻雨传感器的谐振频率偏移,由此能确定有无冻雨的发生。该驱动与检测系统可适用于各种恶劣环境下的冻雨检测。

【Abstract】 The relationship between the output voltage of detection coil and the input of the excitation coil was founded based on the theory of the magnetostrictive freezing rain sensor. Freezing rain sensor drive test system was designed by the power supply,AD5933 and signal acquisition part,data processing part and watchdog monitoring part,and experiment study was done. The experiment shows that the designed driving system can be used for AC excitation current frequency sweeping,and the detection system can be used for detecting the resonant frequency shift of freezing rain sensor. The freezing rain can be detected using this sensor.The designed detection and driving system can be used in the auto detection of freezing rain in disaster weather.
