基于有限元和遗传算法的厚壁线圈均匀梯度磁场优化设计
Optimization of Maxwell Coils with Even Grad Magnetic Field Based on FEM and Genetic Algorithm
【摘要】 以可产生较大磁场和梯度的厚壁型Maxwell线圈为研究对象,探讨了线圈的截面参数和间距对目标场梯度大小和均匀度的影响。基于传统厚壁型线圈设计思路的不合理性,采用COMSOL和MATLAB软件实现有限元计算和自适应混合遗传算法的混合编程,并以线圈体积作为优化目标函数,磁场梯度和均匀度作为约束条件,实现了厚壁Maxwell线圈结构参数的优化设计。保证了磁源体积最小的同时,使其在目标区域产生的磁场满足强度、梯度和均匀度等参数要求。
【Abstract】 Based on the thick wall Maxwell coils which can generate relative high magnetic field strength and gradient,the influence of coil’s cross section parameter and spacing on the gradient and uniformity of the target field was influenced. Thus pointing out that the traditional design ideas in thick coils’ design is not reasonable COMSOL and MATLAB were used to accomplish the finite element analysis and adaptive hybrid genetic algorithm mixing programming. Choosing the coils’ volume as the optimized target function and the gradient and uniformity of the target magnetic field as constraint conditions,the design and optimization of thick wall Maxwell coils was realized. While guaranteing the smallest coil volume,the paper achieves the intensity,gradient and uniformity requirement of the target field.
