非接触式液位传感器的设计
Design of an Untouchable Capacitance Type Liquid Level Sensor
【摘要】 通过对电容式液位传感器的分析与研究,设计了一种新的大量程非接触电容式液位传感器,介绍了该传感器的工作原理及详细设计方案。传感器采用电容阵列式的探头密封结构、基于频域测量法的检测电路和以单片机为核心的控制电路。实测结果表明:传感器精度在1.5%F.S范围内,输出稳定,漂移小,受温度影响小。该传感器既适合大量程的液位测量,又能通过灵活增减敏感元件个数,满足不同测量范围的需要。
【Abstract】 Based on analysis and research on the capacitance type liquid level sensor,a kind of new wide range and untouchable capacitance type liquid level sensor is designed. The working principle and detailed design scheme of the sensor is introduced. The sensor adopts capacitor array type probe sealing structure,the detection circuit based on the frequency domain measurements and a single chip microcomputer as the core control circuit. The measured results promise the sensor accuracy in the range of 1. 5%,output stability and low drift. The sensor is suitable for wide range measurement,but also can flexibly increase or decrease the number of sensitive element to meet needs for different measuring range.
