【摘要】 目的探讨延安地区人群眼压变化与角膜的关系。方法 342例(342只眼)分别于SBK术前、术后测量角膜中央厚度(CCT)、前表面曲率(K)、角膜偏心率(e)、角膜非球面特性参数(Q)及眼压,分别比较角膜中央厚度、角膜前表面曲率及角膜偏心率的变化与眼压变化之间的关系。对所有数据进行t检验和偏相关分析。结果术后测量CCT值、K值、Q值及NCT值均较术前减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。SBK术前角膜中央厚度(CCT1)与术前眼压测量值(NCT1)、术后角膜中央厚度(CCT2)与术后眼压测量值(NCT2)均显著正相关(r=0.21,p<0.001;r=0.43,p<0.001),即角膜厚度变薄,眼压测量值降低。K值、e值及Q值与眼压测量值无显著相关。结论角膜中央厚度是影响眼压测量值改变的主要因素。对有角膜屈光术史的青光眼患者,不能单凭眼压测量值评估病情及指导降眼压治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the intraocular pressure change and the cornea factors.Methods Reductions of CCT、K、e、Q、and NCT of 342 eyes were evaluated in preoperative and postoperative SBK,and were analyzed by t- test and simple- correlation analysis. Results Reductions of CCT、K、e、Q、and NCT had all significant differences( P < 0. 001). The reduction of CCT correlated markedly with the reduction of NCT( r =0. 21,P < 0. 001; r = 0. 43,P < 0. 001). Conclusion The thickness of center corneal is the mainly factor of change of IOP readings. Therefore,the potential glaucoma patients who undergone SBK,cannot be diagnose and deal with only according to the ‘normal IOP’.更多还原
