【摘要】 目的建立同时测定益骨颗粒中淫羊藿苷、龙胆苦苷、马钱苷酸3种成分含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse Plus C₁₈（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（梯度洗脱）,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为10μL。结果淫羊藿苷、龙胆苦苷、马钱苷酸3种成分的检测质量浓度线性范围分别为4.072¹01.8,20.252⁵06.3,4.044¹01.1μg·mL^-1（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率分别为99.51%、98.74%、98.77%,RSD分别为1.16%、1.02%、1.79%（n=6）。结论该测定方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性及专属性好,可用于益骨颗粒的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of icariin,gentiopicroside and loganic acid in Yigu granules. METHODS HPLC was performed on the column of Agilent Eclipse Plus C₁₈（ 250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） with mobile phase ofacetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（ gradient elution） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 254 nm,column temperature was 25℃,and the injection volume was 10 μL. RESULTS The linear range was 4. 072- 101. 8 μg·mL^-1 for icariin（ r = 0.999 9）,20.252-506.3 μg·mL^-1 for gentiopicroside（ r = 0.9999）,4.044-101.1 μg·mL^-1 for loganic acid（ r = 0.999 9）,respectively. The average recoveries were 99.51%（ RSD = 1.16%,n = 6）,98.74%（ RSD = 1.02%,n = 6）,98.77%（ RSD = 1.79%,n = 6）,respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate with good repeatability and specificity,and could be used for the quality control of Yigu granules.更多还原
