【摘要】 目的确定固本安神合剂的制备工艺。方法以绿原酸含量和固形物含量为指标,采用正交实验法优选提取工艺,并对成型工艺进行研究。结果采用水提取工艺,最佳工艺为提取2次,每次加8倍水,每次提取1 h。滤液合并,减压浓缩至约900 mL,滤过,加蔗糖150 g等配制即得。结论优选的提取工艺和制备工艺稳定可行,可满足生产的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the preparation of Gubenanshen mixture. METHODS The content of chlorogenic acid and solids were used as indicators,orthogonal experimental method was used to optimize the extraction process,and the molding process was studied. RESULTS The water extraction technology was used,the optimum extraction process was extracted twice,each with 8 times of water,1 h each time. The combined filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to about 900 mL,filtration,add 150 g sugar etc.,and get the preparation. CONCLUSION The preferred extraction process and the preparation process are stable,and it can meet the production needs.更多还原
